Eligibility Criteria / Admission Requirements |

The candidate should be a Registered Nurse and Registered midwife and should be registered with Maharashtra Nursing Council. |

The minimum education requirements shall be the passing of B.Sc. Nursing / B.Sc. Hons. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing with minimum of 55% aggregate marks. |

|
| |
The candidate should have undergone B.Sc. Nursing / B.Sc. Hons.Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing in an institution which is recognized by Indian Nursing Council. |

| |
Minimum one year of work experience after Basic B.Sc. Nursing or. Minimum one year of work experience prior or after Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing, From a Recognized hospital of minimum 100 bed's capacity or a community health setup or a recognized nursing educational institution. |

Candidate shall be medically fit. |

5% relaxation of marks for SC/ST candidates. |

Selection of the candidates is based on the merit of the entrance examination held by University (MGM PGCET Nursing ). |

Clinical Facility |
| |
Students are given clinical experience in MGM Group of Hospitals Navimumbai and affiliated hospitals like Jeerbai Wadia Children’s Hospital ,Nowrosjee Wadia Maternity Hospital,Tata Memorial Hospital Parel ,Bombay Hospital and NMMC health posts. |

Community Health Nursing experience is provided in Urban health centre, MGM C.B.D, NMMC Health Posts and Primary Health Centre,Nere. |
